Its purpose is to cultivate a culture that values open and accurate data, utilizing it for the creation of valuable solutions and proactive services.
In addition to providing reliable data, the platform offers the public an opportunity to create valuable visualizations and request specific government data.
- Ajman in 15 Minutes
An initiative that supports urban development in the Emirate of Ajman, spotlighting strategic locations for creating new facilities and buildings that can be reached within a 15-minute walk or drive. Beyond facilitating city-wide mobility and swiftly meeting daily needs, the "Ajman in 15 Minutes" concept encourages the transformation of residential neighborhoods into more comprehensive, strategic spaces.
To promote the adoption of this new concept, we utilized open data to create an interactive map simulating the city of Ajman, displaying essential service facilities (such as government institutions, hospitals, schools, universities, entertainment centers, and transportation stations) and enhancing the map with a visual representation of various locations reachable to these facilities within 15 minutes or less.
- Smart Business Feasibility Tool
An advanced tool employing artificial intelligence to assist investors in predicting high-potential business opportunities in a specific location within the Emirate of Ajman. This prediction is based on pre-selected characteristics chosen by the user.
This data is made available through the Ajman Data Platform, which contains reliable information provided by local authorities in Ajman, including the Municipality and Planning Department, the Land and Real Estate Regulatory Department, the Economic Development Department, Ajman Statistics Center, and other collaborators, in conjunction with AWS and the Department of Digital Ajman.
